MEDIATION

We provide mediation services, which is an alternative way of dispute resolution, which can lead parts to sustainable solutions, with less cost and time than court proceedings.

It is conducted with the assistance of a third objective person, the Mediator, who is trying to bring the parties to agreement. With recent legislation, trying to resolve the dispute through mediation before litigation, is made compulsory in a number of civil and commercial cases.

Our Mediators have been accredited by the Ministry of Justice and use the techniques taught by the ADR Group.
